Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Telephony Technician to support the Office of Naval Intelligence at the National Maritime Intelligence Center in Suitland, MD. You will maintain enterprise telephone systems, perform MACs, and ensure reliable voice services to mission-critical operations.

Ideal candidates bring experience with PBX/voicemail, strong customer service, and the ability to troubleshoot and transition legacy telephony to modern solutions. Security clearance TS/SCI is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ or 4+ years of experience; Associate’s degree with 4+ or 6+ years; HS Diploma/ GED with 6+ or 8+ years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance in DISS and required program access.
• Active Security+ or higher certification.
• Experience with enterprise telephony systems (PBX, voicemail, wiring, cabling).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of enterprise telephone systems, including PBX and voicemail platforms.
• Complete moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for users and equipment, ensuring accurate updates to system databases.
• Troubleshoot telephony issues, diagnose service disruptions, and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Provide responsive customer service, user training, and support for service requests in accordance with established SLAs.
• Assist in the transition from legacy telephony systems to modern enterprise solutions.
