Job summary

Accenture is seeking an IT project management professional to support large-scale transformation programs for consumer goods clients. You will bridge business and technology, guiding planning, governance, testing, release management, and deployment across multi-workstream environments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure delivery transparency, risk control, and quality from requirements through go-live and stabilization.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in IT project management, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to consumer goods / FMCG environments is a plus.
• Hands-on involvement in SAP implementations (S/4HANA and/or ECC).
• Understanding of SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, or related modules.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles, including defect tracking and test coordination.
• Exposure to release management, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project.
• Structured risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and confident communication in client-facing environments.

• Contribute to planning, governance, testing, release management, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, functional/technical teams, and partners to ensure transparency and quality.
• Ensure risk control and high-quality execution through the program lifecycle.
