The Business Technology Consultant will partner with client leadership to plan, schedule and manage programs, aligning tactics with overarching strategy.

You will develop high-level strategies, manage budgets and scope, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical outcomes for diverse clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, science, engineering or related discipline
• 4-10 years of experience in implementing complex enterprise technology initiatives
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and PMP certifications is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills for broad audiences
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise business technology initiatives or transformations
• Lead business process assessments or continuous improvement of enterprise systems
• Develop and drive integrated project strategy and plans
• Manage projects within scope, schedule and budget per IPM standards
• Develop and document high-level strategies to achieve project objectives
• Establish, maintain and lead high-performance project teams and advocate for the client organization
