IPM Integrated Project Management Company is seeking a Business Technology Consultant to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives and program planning. You will partner with client leadership and delivery teams to drive project strategy and execution across diverse functions.

The role emphasizes delivering mission-critical outcomes while leveraging exposure across multiple client engagements. You will develop integrated project plans, manage scope and budget, and lead high-performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, science, engineering or a relatable discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
4-10 years of experience implementing enterprise technology initiatives or transformations across ERP, CRM, QMS, WMS, SCM, PLM, PPM or HRIS.
2+ years of experience as a project manager.
Knowledge of disciplined project management processes; Six Sigma and PMP certifications are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Lead complex enterprise business technology initiatives or transformation.
Lead business process assessments or continuous improvement for enterprise systems.
Develop and drive integrated project strategy and plans.
Manage projects within scope, schedule and budget, exceeding IPM standards.
Document high-level strategies for project objectives.
Establish and lead high-performance project teams; act as project advocate.
