Job summary

Deliverect's Global Success Architects seek a Technical Success Manager to own the health of top global accounts’ integrations and ensure SLAs are met. You’ll bridge support and engineering, proactively mitigating risk and driving retention.

This full-time hybrid role requires English fluency and strong communication, with a compensation range that reflects enterprise SaaS expertise and global scope.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or technical support within an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Experience diagnosing API and webhook failures and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying, SLA tracking, and identifying system trends.
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript to script lightweight diagnostic tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical and relationship point of contact for a portfolio of Deliverect's largest global accounts, leveraging deep integration knowledge to proactively maintain account health.
• Partner with Sales and Strategic Account teams during QBRs to translate technical performance into business outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities during technical engagements to support Net New MRR targets.
• Track and drive SLA performance across your portfolio, flag risk early and ensure timely resolutions.
• Lead proactive issue management with Support, performing root-cause analysis and escalation when needed.
• Query and analyze technical health data using SQL and lightweight scripting to deliver business insights.
