Deliverect, an API‑first platform, connects restaurants and retailers worldwide to streamline orders and deliveries. We seek a Technical Success Manager to own health of integrations for our largest global brands and bridge support with engineering.

This full‑time, hybrid role offers three in-office days across major markets and two days remote, with a focus on proactive issue management, SLA reliability, and driving measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of technical account management or related roles in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience reading logs, diagnosing API/webhook failures with engineering teams.
• Strong SQL for data queries and SLA tracking.
• Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript for diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary technical and relationship contact for Deliverect's large global accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Strategic Account teams at QBRs to translate tech performance into business outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities to support Net New MRR targets.
• Track SLA performance and flag risks to ensure timely resolutions.
• Lead proactive issue management with Support, perform root-cause analysis.
• Query and analyze health data using SQL and scripting to deliver insights.
