Job summary

Deliverect seeks a Technical Success Manager to own health of integrations for its largest global brands. You will bridge support and engineering, ensuring SLAs are met, and work cross-functionally to reduce technical risk and protect retention.

This full-time, hybrid role involves collaborating with enterprise customers, Sales, and Strategic Accounts while leveraging SQL and lightweight scripting to deliver actionable insights. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in technical account management or related SaaS roles.
• Experience reading logs and diagnosing API/webhook failures with engineering teams.
• Strong SQL skills to query data and monitor SLA compliance.
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript for lightweight scripting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical and relationship point of contact for a portfolio of Deliverect's largest global accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Strategic Account teams during QBRs to translate technical performance into business outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities during technical engagements to support Net New MRR targets.
• Track and drive SLA performance across your portfolio and flag risks early.
• Lead proactive issue management with Support teams and determine escalation to Engineering or Product.
• Query and analyze technical health data using SQL and lightweight scripts for leadership.
