Job summary

DevSavant is seeking a Technical Enterprise CSM to manage a portfolio of high‑ACV, complex accounts, coordinating across product, services, and sales to ensure long‑term success, retention, and growth. You will function as a trusted advisor to executives and line managers alike, translating platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

This fully remote role requires deep platform expertise, strong relationship building, and a proactive, data‑driven approach to renewal and expansion

Qualifications

Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts as CSM/TAM.
Proven experience leading Executive Business Reviews with VP/C-suite.
Consultative, cross-functional collaboration across technical and non-technical users.
Ability to manage a portfolio of large, high-stakes accounts.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts with high ACV and multi-stakeholder environments.
Lead Executive Business Reviews with senior stakeholders and translate usage to business outcomes.
Collaborate with Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, and Support to coordinate delivery.
Maintain up-to-date documentation in the CRM and drive strategic customer success plans.
