Bilt Rewards, based in New York, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own technical relationships with enterprise partners and drive API integrations from pre-launch to live deployment. You will translate partner needs into product roadmaps while coordinating across product, engineering, and payment teams.

The role emphasizes strong API, SQL and Postman skills, with experience in payments and loyalty programs. In-office collaboration and rapid problem solving are key.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical account management, solutions engineering, implementation, or partner engineering role.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and how to read/write API specifications.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Postman to independently investigate and validate issues.
• Experience in payments (processing, card networks, or payment operations) - strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with loyalty/rewards programs and POS/retail hardware - a plus.
• Track record of owning technical relationships with external partners, including scoping, launch, and post-launch support.
• Comfort operating across ambiguity - this is a new product line, and priorities will shift as we learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to flex between engineering-level detail and executive-level summary.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues under time pressure, including coordinating across multiple internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise and retail partners, ensuring the product fits how they operate.
• Translate partner requirements into roadmap input and own the technical integration work that gets them live.
• Serve as the voice of the partner, surfacing needs and feedback to product and engineering.
• Present integrations and capabilities to client management, exec leadership, and the partner.
• Manage post-launch touchpoints, troubleshoot issues, and document bugs for resolution.
• Run technical calls spanning partners, payment device teams, and processors with a unified launch path.
• Collaborate on ticket docs, test plans, end-to-end validation, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Identify new capabilities and integration opportunities to expand offerings.
