Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. BT Technical Trainer role focuses on developing and delivering training across core enterprise technologies—including Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, CAD tools, and AI technologies.

You will partner with Digital Workplace, BT teams, and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and promote adoption to maximize productivity. Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree and 3+ years in technical training or instructional design, with bilingual English (Spanish preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combined education/experience required.
• 3+ years in technical training, IT support, or instructional design in enterprise.
• Bilingual English required; Spanish preferred. Travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs for enterprise technologies.
• Develop structured learning paths and curricula aligned to business needs.
• Facilitate instructor‑led sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees across multiple locations.
• Create scalable training content, including eLearning modules, videos, job aids, and quick reference guides.
• Partner with Digital Workplace, BT teams and L&D to support new technology rollouts and adoption initiatives.
