Apex Systems seeks a Temporary Technology Trainer in San Antonio to deliver practical training on Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and related business tools. You will guide a company-wide transition from Cisco Webex, build confidence with AI tools, and create reusable materials to support long-term adoption.

Qualifications

• Three+ years delivering technology training to adult learners.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on sessions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Experience developing training materials, presentations, and user documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt training to audience needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Windows-wide training from Cisco Webex to Microsoft Teams.
• Provide instruction on Teams meetings, chat, channels, file collaboration, calendar integration, and best practices.
• Support employees before, during, and after transition to maximize adoption.
• Create quick reference guides, FAQs, handouts, and other materials for the Webex-to-Teams transition.
• Deliver Copilot training, practical prompting, and AI tool usage guidance.
• Develop Copilot job aids and reusable training resources.
• Respond to training requests with group sessions, 1:1 coaching, and workshops.
• Develop training for enterprise software like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Salesforce, etc.
• Assess training effectiveness via feedback and metrics.
