Job summary

This role requires strong instructional design and the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences in a remote setting. You will track learning outcomes, produce progress reports, and collaborate with teams to shape the training program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, or Microsoft Technology Instructor.
• Hands-on experience in at least two of the listed Microsoft technologies (Azure, 365/Office 365, Power Platform, Windows Server, Entra ID, Intune, or development tools).
• Experience delivering technical training to diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage participants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and blended programs on Microsoft technologies.
• Create and update training materials including presentations, user guides, exercises, and assessments.
• Conduct technical workshops, hands-on labs, and certification-oriented training sessions.
• Track training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning progress and outcomes.
