Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a trainer or similar role.
• Software training experience is essential.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct software training and onboarding for new hires.
• Create and deliver training sessions and workshops.
• Build online content in LMS and monitor completion of training.
• Work directly with users troubleshooting software application issues.
