Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a BT Technical Trainer to develop and deliver technical training across core enterprise technologies, including AI, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and digital workplace solutions. You will design learning paths and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand sessions, partnering with BT teams to identify skill gaps.

Qualifications

Education: Associate's degree in IT, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of technical training, IT support, or instructional design in a corporate setting.
Ability to train on Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook), Autodesk Vault and CAD tools.
Bilingual: English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver technical training programs for enterprise technologies, in-person and virtual.
Develop structured learning paths and curricula aligned to business needs.
Facilitate instructor-led sessions, workshops, and webinars across multiple locations.
Create scalable training content: eLearning modules, videos, job aids, guides.
Partner with Digital Workplace, BT teams and L&D to support rollouts and adoption.
Identify knowledge gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
Promote best practices to improve productivity and collaboration.
Develop & maintain training docs, knowledge base, user guides.
Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with BT services.
Deliver onboarding training and mentor peers.
