Job summary

FTI is seeking a BT Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training across core enterprise technologies, including Microsoft 365, AI tools, and CAD-related platforms. The role partners with Digital Workplace and BT teams to identify skill gaps and promote adoption, while shaping the training roadmap.

Responsibilities include creating scalable content, onboarding new employees, and continuous improvement of programs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in IT, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years in technical training or instructional design in a corporate setting.
• Experience delivering training on Microsoft 365 apps, Autodesk Vault, CAD tools, and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs for enterprise technologies, in person and virtually.
• Create structured curricula and learning paths aligned to business needs.
• Facilitate sessions, workshops, and webinars across multiple locations.
• Develop scalable training content: eLearning, videos, job aids, guides.
• Support technology adoption and identify knowledge gaps with stakeholders.
• Maintain training documentation and knowledge bases.
