Job summary

ElevationHR, LLC in Houston seeks an Enterprise Technology Strategy Leader for a long-term 1099 contract. The role focuses on shaping 1-5 year technology strategies, transforming customer operations, and delivering measurable business value.

You will advise executives, translate business problems into strategic initiatives, leverage analytics and AI, and partner with IT and business teams to implement impactful solutions. Hybrid onsite collaboration is required.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise technology strategy and leadership.
Experience developing enterprise-level technology strategies and leading transformations.
Broad technical expertise across hardware/infrastructure and software, including cloud, data/AI, integration, and cybersecurity.
Experience leveraging customer analytics, business intelligence, AI, or digital transformation to improve processes.
Executive presence and ability to communicate complex recommendations clearly and persuasively.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Shape 1-5 year technology strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Identify root causes, assess processes, quantify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
Transform customer operations using analytics, AI, automation, and digital capabilities.
Evaluate enterprise software, hardware, cloud, data platforms, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
Present data-driven recommendations and business cases to senior executives.
Translate strategy into implementation, adoption, and measurable business value with cross-functional teams.
