Job summary

CRC Group seeks a senior technology strategy leader to shape the enterprise technology roadmap and drive value across the organization. You will guide annual and quarterly planning, build business cases with finance partners, and deliver board-ready materials to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Finance to ensure alignment of strategy with delivery capability, while monitoring market trends and emerging technologies to identify

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology strategy, IT portfolio management, management consulting, or business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience leading strategic planning and prioritization for large, complex technology portfolios.
• Strong understanding of technology operating models, software development methodologies, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated experience building business cases and managing technology financials, including cost savings tracking and benefit realization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the enterprise technology strategy, translating business objectives into an actionable technology roadmap.
• Lead strategic planning cycles, portfolio prioritization, and investment governance across Enterprise Technology & Operations.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.
• Develop board-ready strategy materials, portfolio dashboards, and operational metrics that support decision-making by senior technology and business leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and external stakeholders to align strategy with delivery capability.
• Analyze industry, competitive, and emerging technology trends and translate findings into recommendations and optimization opportunities.
• Support supplier evaluation, sourcing strategy, and vendor rationalization efforts, providing analysis that informs partner selection and contract decisions.
• Establish and maintain standards, templates, and best practices for strategic planning, business case development, and portfolio reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and manage analysts and program teammates, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
