Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 8+ years in software development, including 3+ years in a senior or consulting role.
• Proven track record leading complex software projects and delivering scalable solutions.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise on architectural design, development frameworks, and coding standards for software systems.
• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional and technical specifications.
• Assess current systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose scalable, cost-effective solutions.
