Job summary
KeyBank seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead strategy, design, and delivery of complex enterprise technology platforms within the Enterprise Servicing domain. You will develop roadmaps, oversee multi-year initiatives, and ensure alignment with architectural standards while overseeing production support and risk management.
The role requires advanced knowledge of enterprise development, critical systems, and large-scale program delivery, with extensive leadership of onshore/offshore
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technology field with progressive experience in enterprise applications or critical systems.
- 3+ years (Master’s) or 7+ years (Bachelor’s) of professional experience in enterprise application development or critical systems support (required).
- Strong leadership and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience with agile and waterfall project methods and multi-year technology programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise platforms.
- Own technology roadmaps and multi-year initiatives.
- Direct delivery across onshore/offshore teams and vendors.
- Oversee 24/7 production support and risk management.
- Partner with stakeholders to align with architectural standards.
