Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management or agile delivery.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise business applications or FinTech.
• Strong Agile and Scrum practices knowledge.
• Hands-on delivery leadership across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from kickoff through delivery and handoff.
• Serve as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead and promote Agile practices.
• Coordinate work across engineering, product, business systems, and infrastructure teams.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Develop and maintain team roadmaps aligned with business tech goals.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with technical teams on architecture, integration, and readiness decisions.
• Facilitate discussions, keeping business needs central to decisions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Prepare clear program updates and executive communications.
