The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency with project leadership and financial acumen, driving projects from planning through completion while fostering collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or program management.
• Proven experience managing complex technology projects within a large enterprise.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with Agile environments and ServiceNow Demand Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, resources, budgets, milestones, and timelines.
• Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation through delivery.
• Define objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Oversee project financials including revenue, margins, and billing.
• Support PMO standards, governance, and reporting.
