Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager / Agile Delivery Lead for a 12+ month W2 contract in Dallas, TX (Hybrid). This role will lead enterprise business systems and FinTech-related initiatives, coordinating multiple teams and driving successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in TPM/Agile delivery, strong NetSuite experience, and a background in enterprise software delivery with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, Agile delivery, project management, software delivery, or a related role.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex, or highly cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications, FinTech, financial services, or similar environments preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Experience leading projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and kickoff through implementation and release.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and software development lifecycles.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or equivalent delivery leadership role.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage dependencies, and drive accountability.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager or Agile Delivery Lead to support the Enterprise Business Systems team. This role will lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives supporting business applications and FinTech‑related capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software delivery, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and technical program leadership. The successful candidate is a hands‑on delivery leader who can organize complex work, create clarity across teams, communicate effectively with executives, and proactively address risks. They are comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels and are not limited by job title—the client will consider strong Agile Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters, or Technical Project Managers with comparable experience leading complex technical programs.
