Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to serve as the primary technical contact for Enterprise ecosystem partners across the partnership lifecycle. You will coordinate with partner products, engineering, implementation and support to ensure alignment and timely execution.

You'll own discovery, evaluate integrations, and manage technical requirements, risks, and certification activities to enable successful SMB Restaurant and other partner deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in technical partnerships or related technology roles.
• Experience with API integrations, SaaS platforms, or enterprise apps.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery activities with partners.
• Evaluate partner solutions, APIs, data flows and architecture for fit.
• Identify integration opportunities and technical risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Manage partner integration plans from evaluation to production launch.
• Track milestones, testing, certification, and deployment readiness.
• Support successful partner launches and post-launch stabilization.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance to ecosystem partners.
