Stripe is seeking a seasoned Technical Partner Manager to join the Global Partner Engineering & Operations Network. You will build and sustain strong relationships with financial ecosystem partners, enable technical integrations, and launch new capabilities with both new and existing partners, ensuring optimal performance of our solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in partner management or technical project roles within payments and ecosystems, plus strong communication and collaboration

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in partner management, technical project management, or business operations, especially external partnerships.
• Experience with payment technologies and ecosystems.
• Proven ability to drive medium to large technical projects with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet partner needs.
• Preferred: SQL and XML proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Partner management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key financial ecosystem partners, serving as the primary contact for technical inquiries and operational support.
• Technical integration: Define and implement successful integrations with partners, ensuring requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
• Performance tracking: Establish SLAs and metrics to monitor partner health and drive improvement.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product, and Partner Development to support enhancements and solutions for partners.
• Incident management: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner-communication incidents efficiently.
