Job summary

Crest Industries, Inc. is seeking a Talent Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise talent acquisition strategy and execution across Crest and business units. You will build proactive pipelines, advise leadership, and shape collegiate hiring programs while representing Crest’s brand.

In this role you will manage executive searches, develop talent market intelligence, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to strengthen the enterprise culture and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Demonstrated executive sourcing experience with confidential searches.
• Experience translating business strategy into talent acquisition plans.
• Strong relationship builder with leadership and passive candidates.
• Systems-oriented with organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with collegiate pipelines and culture initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth and workforce plans into enterprise talent acquisition priorities and actionable sourcing strategies.
• Lead sourcing for executive, leadership, and business-critical roles with targeted search plans.
• Develop collegiate pipeline strategies and relationships with schools and student organizations.
• Serve as Crest brand ambassador, collaborating with Talent, HR, and business leaders.
• Strengthen enterprise sourcing via shared practices, coaching, and data-driven improvements.
• Ensure candidate engagement, research, outreach, and confidential information handling.
