Job summary

Creedence Energy Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through pre-boarding. The role focuses on building relationships, ensuring compliance, and delivering a strong candidate experience.

You will create compelling job ads, post them on search sites and social channels, maintain the ATS, and partner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs. Travel may be required and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years recruiting experience.
• Experience in transportation and/or oil industry preferred.
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through pre-boarding.
• Create effective job ads and post on job search sites and social media.
• Maintain and utilize the ATS; coordinate interviews and communications.
• Consult with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and build talent pools.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
