Qualifications

• Requires 4-6 years of senior technology operations or senior infrastructure support experience.
• Requires 4 years of experience with core banking solutions (e.g., Jack Henry or FIS).
• Prefers 3+ years with core banking/integration/digital solutions and experience with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of key business systems including enhancements and production support.
• Support day-to-day processing for internal partners and clients while advancing strategic initiatives.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting for uptime, defects, backlog, release readiness, and service quality.
• Approve and oversee procedures for system management and continuous improvement.
• Monitor budgetary expenditures and contribute to annual technology budget planning.
• Coordinate integrations across platforms, data flows, vendor systems, and enterprise services.
