The role partners with vendors, business lines, and stakeholders to optimize operations, manage incidents and changes, and drive process improvements while building a high-performing team and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Executive communication and leadership experience required.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and governance skills.
• Experience applying technology to innovate business delivery.
• Background in core banking and integrations, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of key business systems and enhancements.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management with root-cause analysis.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting on uptime and quality.
• Coordinate budgets and monitor expenditures within approved budgets.
• Plan and implement enterprise process improvements and integrations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure adoption and training of enterprise systems.
