• Drive process improvements across teams and ensure compliance with controls
• Plan and manage testing to ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with business leaders on implementation, adoption, and training
• Coordinate integrations across platforms, data flows, and vendor systems
• Support strategic technology initiatives and ensure scalable solutions for growth
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent to execute the technology strategy

4 - 6 years of senior technology operations or senior infrastructure support experience

Experience with core banking or digital solutions (e.g., jXchange, 4|sight, Q2 Digital Banking, Synergy, Teller Capture, Centrix, Terafina, Verafin)

Experience with ServiceNow or similar solutions
