Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4-6 years of senior technology operations or senior infrastructure experience.
• 4 years of experience with core banking solutions (Jack Henry or FIS).
• Experience with core banking/integration/digital solutions (e.g., jXchange, 4|sight, Q2 Digital Banking...).
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key business systems, including enhancements, releases, upgrades, integrations, and production support.
• Support day-to-day processing needs for internal partners and external clients while advancing strategic initiatives.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting on system uptime, defects, backlog, release readiness, and service quality.
• Plan and manage enterprise technology budget and monitor expenditures within approved limits.
• Collaborate with business leaders to plan implementation, training, adoption, and ongoing support for enterprise systems.
