Job summary

Allegiant is seeking an Enterprise Systems Program Manager in Las Vegas to guide the strategy, governance, and delivery of our Enterprise Systems portfolio. You will lead end-to-end programs spanning SAP, Ariba, and related applications, aligning business goals with technology investments and ensuring scalable, compliant implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in enterprise systems, product management, program management, project management, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• Minimum three (3) years leading large-scale enterprise initiatives involving multiple business units, vendors, and technology teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the Enterprise Systems roadmap and define long-term product strategies and investment priorities across the portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional programs and establish governance structures, communication plans, and success metrics.
• Deliver projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight for SAP, Ariba, FuelPlus, Trax eMRO, SkyLedger, and other enterprise applications; drive modernization and integration.
• Ensure SDLC, Change Management, Release Management, and governance standards are followed; monitor KPIs and executive-level reporting.
