Job Summary: The Workday Developer will manage a portfolio of financial and HCM applications, integrations, and reports on the Workday cloud ERP platform. The role requires experience in financials and HCM in ERP implementations, with at least one Workday Finance and HCM implementation, and a strong focus on quality, security, and attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, including report creation and analysis.
2. Manage and develop reports, conduct data analysis, and perform root cause analysis for issues.
3. Configure and support Workday Finance and other modules like Projects, Timekeeping, or Payroll.
4. Maintain data integrity during transformations and transmissions.
5. Support prototypes, demonstrations, and bi-annual upgrades.
6. Act as the primary support contact with Workday Support, managing communications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or financial reporting.
• Workday Pro certification is highly preferred.
• Strong background in Financials or ERP/Workday Financials.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with Workday Finance modules and integrations, including with platforms like Salesforce or Boomi, is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies.
