Job description

Position Title: Senior Workday Integration Developer

Need someone with solid Informatica IDMC

WFH Policy: Youcan sit 100% remote but must work East Coast hours and be willing to travel to the Atlanta office twice a quarter for a few days at a time.

Project Details: As a Senior Workday Integration Developer, you will design, build, and support end-to-end Workday integrations that connect HR, finance, and business systems across the enterprise. You will work with a large team that includes multiple Scrum teams and specialized domains (e.g., Compensation). You will also leverage Informatica IDMC.

Senior Workday Integration Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations and backlogs to connect with external HR, finance, and business systems.
• Implement data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC for ingestion, replication, and transformation of data.
• Act as a bridge between product stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Work with Workday APIs and web services to enable seamless data flow and connectivity between systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable integration designs.
• Document integration logic, technical workflows, and interface designs.
• Coach and mentor team members and peers on Workday integration best practices, IDMC usage, and Agile delivery methods.

This is a 6-month contract with a strong chance of extending. You can sit 100% remote but will need to travel to the Atlanta office twice a quarter for a few days at a time (travel expenses covered by client).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 6+ years of building and supporting Workday integrations
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing integrations using Informatica IDMC
• Proven success working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Will serve as SME and educate, mentor, and coach the team on integrations and Informatica
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must be able to start work by 9:00 AM EST

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Workday certification (Integration or Studio)
• Experience serving as a technical SME in integration projects
