Qualifications

• Proven experience leading system‑driven projects from planning through execution.
• Experience working with OSS/BSS, CRM, or related business systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with system configuration, administration, and workflow management.
• Strong analytical skills to extract and interpret data across systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to create SOPs, process documentation, and system standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead system‑related projects end‑to‑end, including scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive cross‑functional coordination across business teams, vendors, and technical resources.
• Ensure successful delivery through clear requirements, documentation, and rollout/adoption.
• Maintain project visibility via status reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, workflows, and pain points.
• Translate business needs into actionable system requirements and solutions.
• Identify and drive improvements in processes, automation, and system performance.
• Serve as system owner for assigned platforms, including configuration and access management.
• Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and issue resolution with vendors.
• Lead post‑implementation support, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and system standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System or Business Administration or closely related field, or equivalent experience
