Gateway Fiber is seeking an Enterprise Systems Project Manager to lead cross‑functional system initiatives at our Greater St. Louis HQ.

You will translate business needs into system requirements, manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading system‑driven projects from planning through execution.
• Experience working with OSS/BSS, CRM, or related business systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with system configuration, administration, and workflow management.
• Strong analytical skills to extract and interpret data across systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to create SOPs, process documentation, and system standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for large datasets.

• Identify and drive improvements in processes, automation, and system performance.
• Serve as system owner for assigned platforms, including configuration and access management.
• Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and issue resolution with vendors.
• Lead post‑implementation support, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and system standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System or Business Administration or closely related field, or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with system configuration, administration, and workflow management

• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity by questioning assumptions, exploring new technologies, and continuously learning to drive system improvements and innovation
• Experience supporting reporting needs, including creating and maintaining reports
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills across diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to create SOPs, process documentation, and system standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel for managing large datasets)
• An associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System or Business Administration or a closely related field, or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to work with a team or independently and make sound decisions
• Ability to sit or stand while working for extended periods
