Gateway Recruiting seeks a Business Systems Training Manager to lead a high-performing team of Training Specialists and Senior Training Specialists, ensuring training programs for business systems, operational tools, and enterprise applications are developed and aligned with company goals.

The role acts as a strategic partner to cross-functional leaders, driving system adoption, supporting organizational change, and promoting operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate training experience with at least 3 in management.
• Proven track record building enterprise system training programs.
• Strong instructional design and change enablement knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to translate complex tech into actionable training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a training team to deliver enterprise system training.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR, and IT to identify capability gaps.
• Oversee design and execution of training initiatives across systems.
• Establish standards for instructional design and learning evaluation.
• Manage LMS governance, dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive change readiness and adoption enterprise-wide.
