Job summary

Havens Group is seeking an Enterprise Software Solutions Manager in the St. Louis area to expand growth within existing enterprise accounts and deliver customized manufacturing technology solutions.

You will build long-term relationships with plant managers, engineers, and executives while collaborating with a cross-functional team of software engineers and specialists. The role focuses on uncovering strategic growth opportunities, guiding technical and business discovery, and expanding

Qualifications

• Experience using AVEVA platform in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong MES knowledge and how it supports plant operations.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial automation, or related sectors.
• Enterprise account management or consultative sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with technical and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grow software and technology opportunities within existing enterprise customer accounts.
• Develop trusted relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, engineers, IT/OT professionals, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead business and technical discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and identify opportunities for manufacturing technology solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by expanding relationships throughout existing customer organizations.
• Partner closely with software engineers, technical specialists, and sales professionals to develop and present customized solutions.
• Coordinate customer demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and solution reviews.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic enterprise accounts while identifying opportunities to broaden customer engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to support the continued growth of the organization's enterprise solutions business.
