Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments across federal and commercial organizations.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
• Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems.
• Deploy and configure endpoints using SCCM and Intune.
• Monitor and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.
• Support endpoint security and compliance controls.
