Qualifications
6+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments across federal and commercial organizations.
Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server required.
Strong troubleshooting skills and modern device management tools experience necessary.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems.
Deploy and configure endpoints using SCCM and Intune.
Monitor and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.
Support endpoint security and compliance controls.
