A technology services company is seeking a System Administrator 2 to provide support for IT systems, ensuring security and compliance in a mid-senior level role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing diverse operating systems and must possess a Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance. This position focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining IT system infrastructures in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience as a System Administrator in complex environments.
• Requires DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level II certification.
• Four years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for escalation and communication with agency management.
• Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Perform account management and compliance with security controls.
