Job summary

Roboflow is hiring Enterprise Support Engineers to instill confidence in customers and ensure optimal use of our platform. You’ll be a consultative technical advisor, solving complex issues and guiding customers along their journey with Roboflow.

You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Solutions Architects to shape support processes and roadmaps, while delivering high-quality technical guidance and fast resolutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Linux and networking fundamentals (VPN, SSH, firewalls).
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure issues meet contractual SLA and are resolved.
• Create technical content (docs, videos, knowledge base).
• Grow customer relationships through trusted advisory delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects & Implementation Engineers.
