Job summary

Roboflow is hiring Implementation Engineers to partner with sales and solutions architects to drive customer wins and successful deployments of computer vision solutions. You will manage end-to-end delivery, troubleshoot post-deployment issues, and create technical content to demonstrate best practices.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure ROI and successful adoption, traveling up to ~25% as needed and building lasting relationships with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Background in computer science or related field required.
• Experience in post-sales delivery and implementation.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of customized computer vision solutions.
• Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architect teams across the customer journey.
• Create technical content (sample apps, docs, videos).
• Develop implementation roadmaps with customers and product teams.
• Analyze image data with customers to identify business opportunities.
