Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, solutions architecture, or enterprise account management. 3+ years of management experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the team to achieve milestones and serve as escalation point for executives.
• Partner with enterprise sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solution roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate customer feedback into product enhancements.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of strategic implementations to deliver on time and within scope.
• Design comprehensive business workflows and technical frameworks to solve complex challenges.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to measure success and identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends to position offerings as premier market solutions.
