Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Camden, NJ is seeking a senior leader to own North America Sales planning rhythm and governance. You will align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning to drive accurate forecasts and action plans while supporting leadership decisions.

You will lead the rolling forecast, IBP processes, and performance reviews, enabling standardized KPI definitions, dashboards, and data-driven decision making in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Finance, Analytics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America Sales planning rhythm and governance across US/Canada.
• Lead the annual operating plan, IBP, rolling forecast, and quarterly reviews.
• Manage KPI definitions, dashboards, and performance-visibility routines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning and Operations.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements to planning processes and reporting.
