Job summary

Hines in Houston seeks an Associate, Business Planning & Governance to partner with senior leaders, turning strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You will co-manage executive-facing analyses, governance reporting, and cross-functional initiatives to drive speed, discipline, and accountability across the enterprise.

You'll influence decisions by delivering clear narratives, coordinating stakeholders, and building scalable processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Strategy, or related field.
MBA preferred.
3+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, governance, or related field.
Experience supporting C-suite or enterprise-wide initiatives.
Ability to define problems, build plans, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end development of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Committees.
Draft executive communications and decision materials.
Plan and execute Committee retreats and leadership meetings.
Manage and improve governance site and collateral.
Lead cross-functional projects to deliver efficiency and scalability.
Develop executive-level analyses and recommendations.
