The role focuses on preparing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality governance materials, reports, and market research while ensuring alignment across the enterprise.

The position requires strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and proactive cross‑department coordination to drive execution and standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in operations, project management, or consulting.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executive workflows preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end Board Reporting, including content collection and process management.
• Monitor market dynamics and support business planning with concise summaries.
• Own governance committees: agenda, minutes, and action tracking.
• Maintain enterprise planning calendar and cross-team alignment.
• Draft All Hands content and assist in executive-level presentation preparation.
• Develop, format, and refine enterprise materials using InDesign.
