Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Product Manager, Solutions Design within the Transformation Management Office to shape enterprise solutions from problem framing through MVP readiness.

You will partner across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, product, and data stakeholders to translate opportunities into practical recommendations, lead MVP definition, and drive adoption readiness with product owners and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic solution design, transformation management, or product management.
• Lead discovery, stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Able to operate in ambiguous environments and define MVPs and delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of Asset Servicing and Financial Services processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support solution discovery, framing, and recommended options.
• Develop executive-ready roadmaps, business cases, and decision materials.
• Define product concepts, MVP scope, backlogs, and adoption readiness.
• Coordinate with product owners, tech, risk, and delivery teams for execution.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and align stakeholders on MVP scope and risks.
• Bridge design to execution with governance, KPIs, and handoffs.
• Participate in sprint planning, demos, and deployment activities.
