Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic solution design, transformation management, product management, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, interviews, journey mapping, and synthesis into evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience operating in ambiguous environments and delivering MVPs and executable delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of Asset Servicing and Financial Services processes, operating models, and workflows.
• Experience shaping application product concepts, prototypes, user workflows, MVP scope, backlog inputs, requirements, and adoption readiness activities.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and strategic storytelling skills for stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of emerging technologies including AI, automation, data transformation, and low-code/no-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and problem framing for assigned solution opportunities with evidence-backed findings.
• Translate findings into solution scenarios across organization, process, data, technology, and operating model dimensions.
• Lead or support early-stage product development activities from concept definition to delivery readiness.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions, working groups, and decision forums with senior stakeholders.
• Bridge solution design into execution by confirming roles, governance, dependencies, and KPI-driven handoffs.
