Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the Transformation Office to lead discovery and value definition for large cross-functional initiatives.

You will own business problems, strategic intent, and demand packages spanning enterprise systems and processes. The role partners with executives, IT, Architecture, Solution, and Program Management, reporting to an Austin or Somerset office in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of product management or transformation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation and discovery programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility transformation discovery and demand packages.
• Define the business problem, strategic intent, outcomes, and value measures.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, IT, Architecture, Solution, and delivery teams.
• Develop executive-ready narratives and governance materials for prioritization.
• Mentor Product Managers and Associate Product Managers on discovery and value definition.
• Monitor value realization and ensure initiatives stay linked to measurable outcomes.
