Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks a highly experienced Senior Product Operations Lead to join the Product Transformation Discipline within Investor Services. This role owns BBH's product strategy, management methodologies, and learning ecosystem.

You will design, maintain, and evolve methods, tools, and knowledge assets to enable product teams to operate consistently and effectively across the lifecycle. You will steward product strategy and best practices, provide training leadership, and

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of modern product strategy and management principles, frameworks, and operating models.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience creating scalable tools, playbooks, training content, and knowledge assets.
Familiarity with TAM/SAM/SOM, business case development, and opportunity assessment.
Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the firm's product methods, standards, frameworks, templates, and playbooks.
Design and deliver the product strategy learning curriculum and onboarding programs.
Maintain centralized repository of methodologies, templates, case studies, and reusable assets.
Develop tools for market sizing, value proposition development, and market testing.
Drive adoption of methods, improve maturity, and promote product excellence.
