Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) invites a Product Manager, Solutions Design to lead enterprise solution shaping within the Transformation Management Office. You will blend structured design with product execution to move early-stage concepts from problem framing to MVP readiness, partnering with business, technology, risk, compliance, and data stakeholders.

You will guide delivery planning, prototypes, adoption readiness, and executive-friendly recommendations, ensuring solutions deliver

Qualifications

5+ years in strategic solution design, transformation management, product management, business technology, or related discipline.
Ability to lead discovery and solution framing including stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, current-state analysis, problem definition, root cause assessment.
Experience in ambiguous environments translating opportunities into structured concepts, MVPs and delivery plans.
Strong understanding of Asset Servicing and Financial Services processes, operating models, and workflows.
Ability to develop roadmaps, business cases, executive recommendations and evaluate multiple solution options.

Responsibilities

Lead solution discovery, framing, and evidence-based opportunity assessments.
Translate findings into credible solution scenarios across organization, data, technology and operations.
Lead or support early-stage product development activities from concept to MVP readiness.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment through design thinking sessions and decision forums.
Bridge design into execution with governance, risks, KPIs, roadmaps and handoffs.
